i2M's pressure sensitive film solutions provide a unique combination of aesthetics and durability, which allow our customers to develop products for demanding labeling applications.

Consistent lay flat, print surface and gauge control are key elements to reproducible print quality.

i2M has developed a superior and innovative product for the printing industry. This film exhibits significantly higher dyne (surface tension) levels than the traditional vinyl products on the market. Our Hi-Dyne product eliminates the need for costly corona treating or top coating thereby eliminating one whole phase of the conversion process. This unique formulation exhibits a dyne level of 39 fresh and has been evaluated over a 1 year period and only dropped to a level of 38 indicating superior resistance to plasticizer migration.

We have introduced this material into high tech applications such as thermal transfer and flexo printing with great success. i2M also offers a stain-resistant version of this product.

Pressure Sensitive label applications include:

• Durable Markings – Labeling which includes everything from power tools, boat motors and appliances to lawn and farm equipment.

• Graphic Films – Aesthetic appeal is critical to the graphic films line.  Applications include promotional graphics, novelty stickers/decals, window graphics and holiday/seasonal decals.

• Electronic Printing –  i2M strives to stay in focus with emerging      technologies in the high tech electronic printing world. Our label stock is available in gloss or matte finishes and is converted by our customers to produce high quality, pressure sensitive labels.
